From 1st January 2019, following an acquisition process, wnDirect joined the Asendia Group.

Formed in 2012 as a joint venture between Groupe La Poste and Swiss Post, Asendia Group have companies in 17 countries across Europe, Asia, Oceania and the USA working in partnership with final mile delivery partners in over 220 countries worldwide. Employing over 1,500 employees we are focused on providing international solutions to e-commerce customers.

The merger has created a new, larger, e-commerce focused business offering our customers not only an expanded range of commercial distribution services, but also postal packet options, mail solutions, and fulfilment capabilities.

In the UK our large Mail Centre and Air Conveyance Facility is ideally located at Heathrow, and we have a Mailing House in Southampton and Fulfilment Centre in Bedford.
