wnDirect is known for its innovative thinking, approaching the international eCommerce distribution market differently. 2018 is no different, with the launch of our new tracked postal solution, wnDirect GO, to complement our existing services.
wnDirect GO is an international tracked postal solution specifically for parcels under 2kg, which gives retailers access to eCommerce destinations around the world. The service comes with basic tracking, a ‘signed-for’ option, and is designed to be a cost-effective solution where retailers are looking for non time sensitive distribution alternatives that will get parcels there, for less.
In the highly competitive online retail environment, the delivery options provided by the retailer can form part of the purchase decision by the customer shopping on the website, therefore having a range of delivery options can support product sales. Furthermore, as cross-border trade grows and consumers compare products on both domestic and overseas websites, providing a range of international delivery options becomes key for global retailers to compete with their domestic rivals.

The service has been rebranded to help retailers differentiate between the benefits of this and the new postal service, wnDirect GO. The services are flexible to retailers specific needs and can be mixed and matched based on individual requirements. Designed to take the hassle out of shipping internationally, wnDirect PRONTO provides more comprehensive tracking, commercial Customs clearance and full reporting.
