The wnDirect Team continues to expand

wnDirect is an example of entrepreneurial thinking at its best. It came to market with the attitude that international logistics solutions for retailers could, and should, be different. wnDirect felt that traditional logistics services had not kept pace with the growing eCommerce market and, as a result, were not responding to the industry's specific needs. wnDirect created a different solution and eight million deliveries later is still practicing what it preaches and is enabling many eCommerce retailers to realise their international growth potential by providing managed solutions which overcome the challenges of global expansion and home delivery.

Developed by retail experts wnDirect has worked hard to ensure the people within the business understand eCommerce and the logistics needs of retailers. This commitment to excellence means that all new recruits at wnDirect have a lot to live up to. Two recent additions to the team enhancing the significant experience which already exists are Sarah Ward and Geoff Gilbert. Sarah joins as Business Development Director and Geoff as Sales Director.

Sarah is responsible for managing and developing existing business. Having worked in retail for 18 years for brands such as Harrods and John Lewis Sarah brings considerable retail logistics experience to wnDirect.

Commenting on her new role Sarah said: "It is very exciting to be working for an organisation which is charting new territory. The growth potential at wnDirect is, quite literally, seismic as we have such an exciting suite of products and services to offer retailers. It is not very often that you get the chance to present and sell services which are so forward-thinking they even overcome hurdles the retailers didn't know existed."

Geoff is responsible for global sales at wnDirect. With over 17 years experience in logistics Geoff brings widespread sector experience to wnDirect having worked on multi-national projects with global organisations in retail, pharmaceutical, legal, financial services and education.
