Where's your threshold?

Sep 09, 2014

An article which appeared in Retail Week last week discusses the 'significant gulf' in retailer's free fulfillment thresholds. According to the article ASOS only requires customers to spend £15 whereas Topshop has a £50 threshold; the average across the fashion sector is £49.44.

As we enter Peak competitive delivery charges are an area where retailers can gain an edge on the retailer battleground - something all retailers will be looking to achieve. Therefore retailers will have to work even harder to attract the customer to buy from them.

Let battle commence…
